When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 1:00PM CST are generally shipped same day, Monday thru
Friday.
How fast does it take to receive my shipment?
That depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout. USPS First
Class mail is not guaranteed and can take as short as 2 days or as long as a
week or more. USPS Priority mail takes 2-3 business days. USPS Express mail is
usually overnight, but in some small regions can be second day.
What payment forms do you accept?
We currently accept: Visa MasterCard American Express PayPal Money Orders Check (10 day hold)
How can you afford to sell so cheap?
We do this by using a lot of automation and relying on word of mouth for business. Keeping labor and advertising costs down lets us pass the value on to our customers.
How are your CDs made?
Unless otherwise noted, all of our CDs are manufactured on premium quality
replicated media.
What architecture do I need?
This all depends on what type of processor is in your computer. The most
common type of processor is i386. The following is a list of architectures

Yes. If you are a retailer or if you just need a lot of CDs, you may contact
our sales department for discount information.
Please provide the quantity of CDs you need and timeframe in which you need them
by.
Will my email or physical address be sold to
spammers?
Absolutely not. We hate spamming as much as you do. Probably more. We keep
our records to ourselves.
What is this offer for source code?
If you would like the source code for any Linux product you purchased, it
will be available for you to obtain for a period of 3 years after your receipt
date. The discs will usually be the same price as when they where originally on
sale. For further information you may contact our
sales department.
Who is Tux, anyways?
Tux is the name generally accepted everywhere for the Linux Penguin. Originally drawn by Larry Ewing.
